Insert the game disc into your DVD READING drive. Only these drives will work. If your computer can't play DVD movies, the drive won't recognize the disc. If you insert the game into a DVD playing drive, open the disc and open the files in the movie section with WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. They won't play sound cuz the WMP can't decode it properly, but the movies will play. This works for some other games too. I think the files that work end in .pss or .ssd

You'll know when you find the file when there are about 15 files, and a few of them say 'intro', and 'demointro'...describing the opening movies.
All the games movies are here...and if you thought the movie in the castle was messed up, and it cuts when rayne is about to snack on 'somebody', (i won't spoil that), think again. The movie is supposed to end there. If your game freezes there while playing, and you have to reset, that's just a problem with the disc programming - not the game disc.
