Use career mode and get 100,000 DNA points
Pick Career Mode in Versus Mode
Go to the versus mode screen and press R1 or L1
Another Beastdrive
Go to career mode and press L1 to get the map full
view.  Look on the map to the right for the new Beastdrive

When out of your Beast bar, charge until all your life is gone and you get Beast Rave. Press any button besides Beast and Uranus will turn back to human, but she will still have her beast moves.

Play as Dragon Ryoho
Get 100,000 DNA points in career mode to unlock Dragon Ryoho.
Play as Kohryu
Get 30,000 DNA points in career mode to unlock Kohryu.
Play as Long
Get 5,000 MAX DNA points in career mode to unlock Long.
Play as Shina
Get 10,000 MAX DNA points in career mode to unlock Shina.
Play as Uranus
Get 50,000 DNA points in career mode to unlock Uranus.
Select career mode character in versus mode
At the versus mode character selection screen, press L1 or R1.
New Beastdrive
In career mode, press L1 to look at the full map. The new Beastdrive is located in the in the map closest to the right.
Stay as Uranus

Get 15000 DNA point to unlock Shiva

Clear Arcade mode with Ryouhou & Mana

Get the required number of DNA points to unlock the corresponding characters:
Kohryu: 30,000
Uranus: 50,000
Dragon Ryoho: 100,000
