There are 2 different cheats to get all levels. I will give both.
XXX Rated Cheat- will give you all levels but it automatically puts it in night vision mode. If you do not want night vision mode then enter this next cheat: MASS HYSTERIA
Make sure you add the spaces for both the cheats otherwise it won't work.
