For example, if you wanted to go the Walkthrough section you would highlight: WL*KT (with out the *). Once highlighted press ctrl+c (to copy), then ctrl+f (to find), then ctrl+v (to paste) and then finally hit enter to go to the desired section. If a search code is found in the text, it will be listed as: Section XX*XX. These codes will work only if you remove the '*' character. Item Search ----------- Looking for a particular item? Hit ctrl+f (to find) and type -ITEM NAME- then hit enter to go to info on the desired item. It is important that you use the '-' character, without spaces both before and after the item name. For example, typing: -Blue*Orb- (with out the *) into the find field would be correct. Not all items are listed, but most are. ================================================================================ 1. INTRODUCTION [INRO1] ================================================================================ Lament of Innocence was produced by the same team who made; Harmony of Dissonance, Aria of Sorrow, and the critically acclaimed and cult classic Symphony of the Night. All of which owe some homage to the NES game Simon's Quest. In Lament of Innocence you play as Leon Belmont, an 11th century nobleman and one of two knights who lead one of the most successful companies of the crusades. Mathias Cronqvist, the companies' tactician and Leon's childhood friend, comes home after a campaign to find his wife, Elizabetha had died while he was away. He became stricken with grief, and fell onto his sickbed. During this time Leon's domain became overrun with monsters, and his betrothed, Sara, has been kidnapped. Mathias tells Leon that these monsters are tied to a vampire who lives in a castle in the Forest of Enternal Night. Leon tries to get help from the Church, but refusing to let Leon use his company for anything besides the crusades, he is forced to renounce his title and enter the forest alone and unarmed. This is the beginning of how the Belmonts became hunters of the night. This is my first full length FAQ/Walkthrough. The goal of this guide is to provide comprehensive coverage of the game, Castlevania: Lament of Innocence, while giving away as little as the story as possible, but by no means is this guide spoiler free. In August 2005, this guide recieved it's last large update. It should now provide enough helpful information to guide you through your first time playing this game. As well as provide you with enemy and item indexes and basic information regarding the game's numerous alternative game modes. All in an (hopefully) easy to navigate format. -Shift *Warning* This guide does contain spoilers. This document is Copyright 2003, 2005 Joseph Mingoia. She was abducted by a vampire, and taken into the Forest of Enternal Night. Rinaldo Gandolfi: An old man living in the Forest of Enternal Night. Note that saving will not fill your MP. * When your low on MP, enter a room with some Armor Knights (or their kin) or Astral Fighters. These enemies will constantly use attacks that will fill your MP, which are also easily perfect guarded. * Use Marker Stones and the Map to your advantage, they are very useful. * Set your healing items in the Pause Menu so that they are easily accessed via the Real-time Menu, you don't want to be fumbling through the menu when you really need a potion. * You can go back and forth to Rinaldo's Shop for the low, low price of $1000. First find a save point and save, then use a Magical Ticket($200) to warp to the shop, then use a Memorial Ticket($800) to warp back to the save point. ================================================================================ 3. WALKTHROUGH [WLKT3] ================================================================================ This walkthrough is ment to be used from beginning to end. Since there is so many different paths you can take, this one follows the one I believe to be the easiest and most effective way to get to 100%. This guide makes use of the in game map as well as the Marker Stone items to help navigate the levels. If you need help on a specific section(Search code: SH*SH) or item(IT*M0), use their respective sections below. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3a. PRELUDE TO THE DARK ABYSS [WLKA] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Whip of Alchemy, Marker Stone 1, Marker Stone 2, Svaorg Statue, Marker Stone 3, Map 1. Note: Any items listed here and in the following subsections of the walkthrough are obtained via this visit, and is not a complete listing for the section. If you need a specific section list or item, see their respective sections below. After the opening cut-scene head up the winding path to the castle gate. Enter and head through the west door(break the candles along the way to gain some hearts). Head through this hall to the unlocked door. This now starts the small tutorial: In the first room grab Marker Stone 1, jump up grab the potion and go to the next room. Grab the serum and whip jump onto the west balcony to get Marker Stone 2. Go on, kill the enemies and move on the fourth room. First fall down and grab the uncurse potion, then defy gravity as you whip jump to the other side, grab the magical ticket and exit. Run to the middle, grab the Svaorg Statue, and block the Golden Knight's attack to fill up your MP. Active your new relic and run circles around him, now exit and head back to the main room. This time go east, save your game in the room to the south, then continue east. As you enter this next room, the camera pans over to show you five small warp pads. This is the castle's hub to the 'bothersome' five bosses and the areas they guard. Go to the southwest corner to get Marker Stone 3. Ignore the south door for now, and head up the stairs to the warp pads. _______ / \ | 1 | \_______/ _______ _______ / \ / \ | 2 | | 5 | \_______/ \_______/ _______ _______ / \ / \ | 3 | | 4 | \_______/ \_______/ 1: House of Sacred Remains/Map 1 2: Garden Forgotten by Time 3: Anti-Soul's Mystries Lab 4: Ghostly Theatre 5: Dark Palace of Waterfalls Run up to the pad with Map 1, and enter the House of Sacred Remains. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3b. THE HOUSE OF SACRED REMAINS [WLKB] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: MP MAX Up, HP MAX Up(x2), Marker Stone 6, White Tiger Key, Bloody Cape, Blue Orb. Kill the Skeletons and head out the door. Kill the two Skeletons that spawn and head through the east door that unlocks. Kill all the enemies here(go for the archers first, they can be pain) and head through the next door. Step on the first verticle switch(left) and head back to the hallway. Go south, you'll be locked in a room with zombies, dispatch them and continue south. Kill the two Skeletons and save if you need to. Now exit via the east door. Destroy the enemies and jump up to the catwalks on three sides of the room, to get two 250$ bags and a high potion. Take the exit east. Purge the room, and then destroy the yellow candle to get the crystal subweapon. Jump onto the east catwalk and you'll see a door that looks unaccessible because of a grate. This jump can be made if your first jump is out, then turn toward the door with your second and whip the railing. If you can't make it after a few tries, mark the room 'blue' and skip the next paragraph. As you head down the hallway, kill the Bats, but don't worry about the Red Skeleton-all you can do is knock them down, they dont die. Grab the MP MAX in the next room and continue through the next hallway. You'll end up in a room with half a dozen Skeletons and a Heavy Armor, kill them, and grab the HP MAX from the floor, and the serum and uncurse potion from the catwalk. Go up to the bookcase on the east wall (has black circular marks on floor near it). Push on it's right side and go into the hidden room with the first triangle switch(topleft). Now head back to the hallway adjacent to the save room. Head through the west door, kill the enemies and grab the two 250$ bags and the neapolitan from the catwalks, head west. Get the 250$ bag on the east catwalk, switch out for an axe and head to the west catwalk for the next room. In the room after the hall way check the lofts for 500$ and continue on. In the next big room, again grab the money off the lofts and kill the Heavy Armor to unlock the door. Go in, grab Marker Stone 6 and hit the second triangle switch (topright). Backtrack to the room just west of the saveroom(save if you need to). This time head south. After two hallways and an enemy locked room, you'll come to another enemy locked room with an east and west exit. Mark this room 'red' and take the east door. This room will have two exits north, take the one thats farther west. The next main room is locked, wipe them out and go east. This next room has both a north and south exit, if you check the map you'll realize they're just hallways connecting two rooms you've been before. Make sure to set foot in both(needed for map completion) and take whichever way back to the room you marked 'red'. Head west and you'll see a small cut-scene of a bunch of Fleamen, kill the little bastards and follow the hall south. In this next room there are small dark shadows that move along certain sections of the floor, as long as you keep moving they can't hurt you. Gather up the money and head out the south exit (not the one the money trail leads to). After the hallway you'll be in a room that has a bunch of spikes shooting out of the track in the floor. Take the west door and hit the second verticle switch(middle). Go back into the spike room and take the east exit. The next main room will have both a north and south exit, mark the room 'red' and take the north door. Save, and turn east at thecross section, switch out to holy water and exit east. You'll come to another dark shadow room, grab all the money (don't forget the 1000$ bag in the northeast corner, right near the camera) and take the exit. Once you enter the spike room follow the path around and enter the first door you see. Mark this hallway 'white'(the door at the end is locked) and leave. Follow the path to the east door and hit the final vertical switch(right), now head back to the room you marked 'red'(south of save room). Once there grab the potion off of the south loft(whip jump to the lower level on either side) and take the south door. The next room has the vertical door, which will be flashing green if you've hit all the switches so far, continue on. In this room kill all the enemies (holy water works great against the Vassagos), get the 400$ bag from the loft and take the west door. Take this path to it's end(make sure to get the potion from the first room's loft) and hit the final triangle switch(bottom). Backtrack until you can go south again. You'll enter a long room with an alter and a locked door to the east. Stand on the switch in front of the alter, the camera will pan out showing you what to do-whip jump from each arch to the next until you safely pass over the impressive lightning field. Quickly enter the east door and switch out to a cross. Now enter basement floor one. Proceed through the hallway and kill the ever annoying Astal Fighters, take the east exit. At the end of the hallway is the triangel door. Note: if you didn't make the first floor jump (should be marked 'blue' on your map) you won't have the door unlocked, so mark this room 'yellow' and exit. Continue down the path and grab the White Tiger Key, now exit whence you came. Now head west, watch out for the Executioner in the next room, and go west again. Hang onto the cross, and enter the statue room. Hit the heads so that Horse, Lady, Horse, Lady, Lady, are facing out. Enter the now unlocked south door and grab the HP MAX Up. Now unlock the west door by hitting: Lady, Horse, Horse, Lady, Horse. Follow this path to it's end to obtain the Bloody Cape, equip it and head back to the room with the Executioner. This time head south. You'll come to a room with lasers patrolling sections of a bridge. If you need some hearts, drop down, otherwise wait for openings to cross the bridge, don't try jumping because you'll fall through the floor. Now save your game, kill the Executioner and enter the red boss door. Boss: Undead Parasite: ---------------------- Hit Points: 1200 (+300 or so per 'eye') Tolerance: None Weaknesses: Holy Water, Cross Recommend Equipment: Cross There are five holes in the 'ground' four of them have 'eyes' sticking out of them. Turn on the cross to keep the Souless away and thrash them. When attacking the two nearest to the door, be careful of the snake blindsiding you. After your finished (and a little light show) some red...thing pops out of the middle hole. Use the same strategy as the eyes, but watch out for the snake spiting flames. Every so often the red blob of whatever it is will switch holes. After it's defeated grab the Blue Orb and take the portal back to Rinaldo's house. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3c. THE GARDEN FORGOTTEN BY TIME [WLKC] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Earth Plate, White Bishop, HP MAX Up, Map 4, Jewel Crush, Marker Stone 5, Ring of Thunder, Whip of Lightning, Red Phoenix Key. Enter the shop and buy the Earth Plate(1000$), White Bishop(3000$), max out your Potions(1000$+) and MAKE SURE you have at least one Magical Ticket(200$) and one Memorial Ticket($800). Seriously you'll be kicking yourself later if you don't. Equip the Earth Plate, save, head back to the Hub room, and step onto the pad second from the left. Briefly enter the south door, mark it 'yellow'(another locked door) and exit. Go through the east door and follow this path until you come to a hallway with a door leading west. Inside is the first horizontal switch(middle), exit and continue south. After the next room is a hallway with a west door, enter and the camera will pan out showing a series of jumps. You can attempt them if you wish, but this guide will skip it until later. Either way drop to the lower level and collect the 400$ bag and the HP MAX Up(under stairs) mark the room 'blue' and exit. Switch out for an axe, go east and follow this to a save room. In the next main room grab Map 4, take the east exit and grab the potion on the floor. Go back through the door you entered and head south. After the hallway you'll fight three Gargoyles. Watch out for their magic attack as it can petrify you, and you need to perfect guard to stop it. Keep going south through the T-intersection. After a couple of rooms you'll end up on a locked door mark it 'white' and head back up to the T-intersection. Head east, in the next room you'll fight six Axe Armors and a couple Evil Stabbers, destroy them and move on. You'll enter another T-intersection, go south grab the 400$ bag from the first room. After the next two rooms you should be in another T-intersection near a save room. Save, and take the north exit out. Complete the next three rooms (grab the 400$ from the third) and head back to the save room. Save again if you need to, then head east. In this next room is a huge Man-Eating Plant and a Mist. Kill the Mist(it can poison you) and lure the maneater inbetween the vines the north side of the room. Once there do a couple of short combos on it until it opens up. Now use it as a step to the platform above, grab the 400$ and enter the door. Collect the Jewel Crush and hit the first triangle switch (bottomleft) exit and go east. Alright, another T-intersection (love that level design) hold onto your axe and head south. Follow this path to it's end to grab Marker Stone 5 and hit the second horizontal switch(bottom). Return to the last T-intersection. Head north until you reach another Man-Eating Plant room, kill 'em all(don't worry about the platform just yet...) mark the room 'pink' and continue north. After the second room the doors lock, kill all the enemies and take the north(left) door. After the hallway is the second triangle switch(bottomright). Hit it and head back down the hallway to the main room, this time take the east(right) door. The triangel door is here (still locked) mark it 'red' and go towards the south door. A tree is blocking the way, but as you approach the blue arrows will light up to the right, exit via the grate. Grab the Ring of Thunder, SAVE if you need to or not. Now head back to the room marked 'pink'. This time keep the Man-Eater alive, and lure it to the east side, near the vine. After a couple of short combos it opens up. Now use it as a step to the platform above, and exit. Be care of the Thunder Swords in this hallway, they can paralyze you. Once in the room with two statues, hit the switch behind the one closest to the door(a bunch of spirit will appear, ignore them) and then the one behind the other. A platform briefly gives access to the door, so hurry up and exit. This next room is the broken bridge room, clear it of enemies and grab the semi-hidden Heart MAX Up by the grate on the east side. You can't access the east room yet, so mark this room 'pink' and go south. Head up the winding staircase (fill up your MP on the way) and exit at the top. Hit the final triangle switch(top) and take th east door. Head through the next hallway, kill the Axe Armor, heal to at least 3/4 your HP, and enter the green boss door. SubBoss: Thunder Elemental: --------------------------- Hit Points: 1500 Tolerance: Lightning Weaknesses: Knife, Axe Recommend Equipment: Axe, Ring of Thunder, White Bishop He will start out by doing strings of slashes, one will break your block(unless perfect guarded) so quick step out of the way. He will also charge and slam his spear into the ground creating a decent size shockwave, do a couple quick steps back and use spinning edge(axe + blue). Once you wear him down to his yellow bar he will cast pillars of lightning, by either raise his spear or jumping and slaming it into the ground. Stay a medium distance away and hit him with spinning edge. Every now and again he charges, but these are easily dodged. As long as you have the Ring of Thunder he's a pushover. Once defeated the Whip of Lightning spawns in the middle of the room, grab it and use the MEMORIAL Ticket I told you to buy earlier. You should be in the save point just south of the room you marked 'red'. If not go the the northeast room out of the rooms in a 2x2 formation. Enter the now unlocked triangle door and grab the Red Phoenix Key. Now use a MAGICAL Ticket. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3d. ANTI-SOUL'S MYSTRIES LAB [WLKD] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Meteor Plate, Ancient Text 4, Map 2, Marker Stone 4, Wolf's Foot, Heart MAX Up, HP MAX Up, Yellow Dragon Key, Megingjord, Arctic Ring, Ancient Text 3, Ancient Text 1, MP MAX Up, "e'Tablet', Red Orb. Step into the shop and buy the Meteor Plate(2000$), max out your Potions (1000$+) and MAKE SURE you have at least one Magical Ticket(200$) and one Memorial Ticket($800). Equip the Meteor Plate and the Whip of Lightning. Save, head back to the Hub room, and step onto the pad first from the left. Kill the Skeletons then step through the east door. After a hallway and a large room, you'll enter another hall with both an east and west exit. Take the west, and save in the adjacent room. Return to the hall and go out the east door. This room is filled with Frost and Flame Zombies, take them out. On the east side is a statue, you can't do anything to it yet so mark it 'pink' and head south. Switch out for a cross and continue on. Purge the next room and head east. You've entered a corridor that has four south doors. Enter the first one from the east (first you see), kill the Zombies and grab Ancient Text 4. Skip the second room for now, grab Map 2 from the floor, and enter the third room. Kill the Axe Armor, pick up Marker Stone 4 and leave. Enter the next room get the 400$ and head back to the room I had you skip. Now head up to the second floor. Note: The west side of the map is still grayed out, but don't worry you will be coming back later. Exit the first room, your in another corridor with four south exits. Head west and enter the first door, get the 400$ and exit. Save and exit the hall from the west door. Grab the 1000$ from the chair and head north. Use the Red Key at the end of the hall and pick up the Wolf's Foot. Head back to the south hall. Enter the only south door you haven't been to yet, pick up a high potion, and mark the room 'yellow'. Now exit the hall from the east door. You'll enter a large room with a trolley. Jump on it, and then jump off at the first platform to grab a potion, mark this point 'red' and fall to the ground floor. Kill the two Skeleton Flowers, and head to the very north end. Run behind the huge pillar to get a Heart MAX Up. Go back up and wait for the trolley at the north end. Use it to access the east door for a HP MAX Up. Exit the trolley room via the northwest door. Follow the hallway to a room with a Red Ogre and a few Red Skeletons. Take the south door here (head north and save if you have to). Head south through the hall. In the next room DON'T go to the third floor yet, look for a yellow floor panel a few yards away from the exit. Stand on it, and decend to a hidden room on the first floor housing the Yellow Dragon Key. Now head to the third floor. Head north out of the first room. Follow this path until your in the second hall (heading east). Equip the Wolf's Foot relic, and enter the next room. Turn it on and run across the bridge as it crumbles behind you(if you screw up just exit and come back). Enter the east door for the Megingjord. Equip it over the Ring of Thunder and exit. Drop down for a potion and a high potion. Now return to the entrance to the floor. This time head south to another corridor with four south exits. Head to the far east end of the hall, there is a black painting here, that just happens to be a false wall. Jump through for the Arctic Ring. Now start entering each room while heading west. The first room has three Mad Drivers and the Ancient Text 3. The second three Axe Armors and a Super Potion. The third has three Hellhounds and the Ancient Text 1. The last has a Flame Demon a few Red Skeletons and a MP MAX Up. Take the west exit out of the hall. You should be in the observatory, hidden behind the northwest bookcase is a shortcake, grab it then jump onto the loft. Hit the switch and a series of jumps will appear. Complete them and enter the next room. In the far room is the "e'Tablet'. Now go back down to the second floor. Now head north. stop to save, and equip the Whip of Alchemy. Head through the red boss door. Go to the west side of the room and use the "e'Tablet', bringing the Golem to life. Boss: Golem: ------------ Hit Points: 1500 Tolerance: Lightning, Knife Weaknesses: None Recommend Equipment: Whip of Alchemy First Form: He has the standard one, two punch. A deadly jump attack that sends a large shockwave, capable of paralyzing. Finally a slam-the-fists-into- the-ground-causing-boulders-to-fall signature move. Fortunately, all of this moves are easily dodge using your air combos (you may get unlucky and hit by a random boulder). Every now and again he'll cower into a fetal position, and you won't be able to damage him. Just wait him out and continue the thrashing. Second Form: His right arm falls off revealing his shiny red core, guess what you have to attack? Stay a medium distance away while he does his quick swipes. When he raises his remaining arm, his fist will spin and then shoot off. Quickly dodge this and run up and do a combo on the core. Repeat five times, grab the Red Orb and enter the portal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3e. COMPLETING THE HOUSE [WLKE] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Item: Black Bishop. Restock your potions and head back the the House of Sacred Remains. Note: if you made the jump earlier, skip the next paragraph. Return to the room you marked 'blue'. Kill all the monsters, and jump up onto the west catwalk. Use the Wolf's Foot and double jump towards the east door, and whip just as you see the rail. Enter the door and head down the hallway. Push on it's right side and go into the hidden room with the first triangle switch (topleft). Now head to the room you marked 'white'. If you didn't mark it, go the east spike room, and take the west door. At the door use the Yellow Key and grab the Black Bishop. Note: if you made the jump earlier, skip this paragraph. Go down into the basement and head east to through the room you marked 'yellow' for the White Tiger Key. Check your map, if a 'Complete' icon is shown under the map percentage, you're done here. If it doesn't make sure you've explored every hallway and room, use Section Help below for what you may have missed. Once completed, use a Magical Ticket. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3f. RETURN TO THE GARDEN [WLKF] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Saisei Incense, Purple Orb. Again restock and make sure to have at least one Magical Ticket. Save, and head back to the Garden. Head to the room you marked 'blue'(room with a series of jumps) make sure to fill up your MP on the way. Make the first jump to the next solid platform. Turn on the Wolf's Foot and jump of the southwest corner towards the door. Head down the hallway to hit the final vertical switch(top). Now exit, grab the axe out in the hallway and go all the way over to the room you marked 'pink' (broken bridge room). Take out the Ghosts and jump up to the standing part of the bridge. Use the Wolf's Foot and jump to the east door. Follow this path for the Saisei Incense. Now check your map and backtrack towards the last part of the first floor that is still unexplored, which should be the northeast corner. Exit east from there and continue until you are in a room with several odd looking statues. Destroy the statue in the northeast corner to reveal a door. Save, and enter the red boss door. Boss: Medusa: ------------- Hit Points: 2000 Tolerance: None Weaknesses: Axe Recommend Equipment: Axe, Black Bishop, Optional Equipment: Perseus' Ring (rare drop by Gargoyles) After her little speech, start dodging her attacks. When shes close her hair will try and bite you. She can charge up and turn into a ball, and her gaze will of course petrify you. All of these are easily dodge with a couple of quick steps. Just keep dodging and throw spinning edges(axe + blue) right at her face. When you deplete her life to yellow, she will start spitting snakes, turn on the black bishop and use an air combo. She will also summon small rocks around her that will shoot toward you after awhile. Just keep dodging and using spinning edge. Once(if) you run out of hearts, just use the black bishop and thrash her to death. After the cutscene grab the Purple Orb, and enter the portal. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3g. THE FIRE WHIP [WLKG] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Ring of Fire, Heart MAX Up, Whip of Flames. After the cutscene restock, save, and head to hub room. Re-enter the Garden. Enter to the room marked 'yellow'(south door out of start). Head through the horizontal locked door for the Ring of Fire. Go back to the hub room via the Garden's entrance. Now enter the Anti-Soul's Mystries Lab. Take the west door from the start, and complete the map of the first floor. Head to the second floor trolley room, to the platfrom you marked 'red'(first one on right, riding north). Move to the south end and you should see a yellow pole of to the right. Whip-jump it and the next. Grab the Heart MAX Up of the top of the pillar. Equip the Ring of Fire over the Bloody Cape. Now enter the green boss door. SubBoss: Fire Elemental: ------------------------ Hit Points: 1500 Tolerance: Fire Weaknesses: Ice Recommend Equipment: Ring of Fire, Black Bishop As you may have guessed he is just the fire version of the Lightning Elemental. As such equiping the Ring of Fire makes him less of a boss and more like a regular enemy. He has the standard string of swipes, and the slaming of his sword into the ground to make a shockwave(well more of a fire tornado). When at yellow bar he'll start shooting streams of flame across the ground. No big deal just wait for openings to use the black bishop and thrash him to death. Once defeated, the Whip of Flames spawns in the middle of the room, grab it and use a magical ticket. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3h. RECAP 1 [WLKH] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now that you are over half way through the game, take the time to make sure you have the following: HP: 240 MP: 240 Hearts: 110 Items: -Event: Marker Stones 1-6, Maps 1, 2, 4 Ancient Texts 1, 3, 4 -Keys: White, Red, Yellow -Whips: Whip of Alchemy, Whip of Flames, Whip of Lightning -Armor: Meteor Plate -Relics: Black Bishop, Svarog Statue, Saisei Incense, White Bishop, Wolf's Foot -Orbs: Blue, Red, Purple -Accessories: Bloody Cape, Megingjord, Jewel Crush, Arctic Ring, Ring of Fire, Ring of Thunder House of Sacred Remains: Completed Garden Forgotten by Time: Cleared Anti-Soul's Mystries Lab: Cleared 56.2% of map completed. If you have more, you went down into the Castle Entrance's basement. If you have less, check to see you have all of the above. If your still short, you probably missed a hallway somewhere. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3i. GHOSTLY THEATRE [WLKI] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Items: Map 5, Aroma Earring, Ancient Text 2, Black Turtle Key, Moonlight Plate, Marker Stone 7, HP MAX Up(x2), Heart Brooch, MP MAX Up, Lucifer's Sword, Curtain Time Bell, Brisingamen, Yellow Orb. Now save and head back the the Hub room and enter the last pad from the left. In the first room, start replenishing your hearts and head south. After the hallway you'll come to a rather large room with a winding catwalk guarded by a skull statue that likes to spit lasers(ha, what a castle). Anyway, drop down for a heart repair and a few Skeleton kills. Now head back up to the catwalk and stand next to the statue. Notice that whenever you look towards it the laser stops. So face hit, hold guard and strafe across, take the exit south. Mark this intersection 'red' and take the west door. Clear this room out, grab the potion near the base of the stairs and continue west. Follow the hallway around into another laser-spiting statue room. Drop down for a high potion, then navigate your way across the catwalk to the east |
