*Step 1: Start a two player game.
*Step 2: Pick a character of any class for player 1, customize his/her looks, set stats, and confirm name. Then move on to creating player two.
*Step 3: Pick a character of any class for player 2, (don't bother customizing looks) once you are in the stat setting part of player 2s character creation, press circle 3 times. After that you will then be asked if you want to return to player 1s creation screen.(DO NOT SET ANY STATS FOR PLAYER 2)
*Step 4: After step 3 you will be shuttled back in the confirm name section of player 1s creation screen. Press circle again.
and volia! You have twenty more points to add to player 1s character.
*Step 4: Repeat. You can do this a max 13 - 14 times. If go over the amount I have stated here you will not be allowed to continue. Why? Because your stats will be maxed out and you will not be able to continue. (The game will keep saying you need to use all the points given to you.)
Final Thoughts: This is the perfect glitch to mix with the level 1 to 20 cheat. :)
