(a-alpha, b-beta, E-sigma)) Ammo : Amount of ammo usable till reload or charge begins Fire Rate : How many times a weapon can shoot in one second (measured in shots per second/ps) Damage : How much damage can be dealt from specific weapon Restore Power : The quality of health restoration for the リペアー series of weapons Reload/ Charge time : Time required to wait to reload or fully charge a weapon (Measured in seconds) Charge % : The percentage of energy used for ペイルウイング when recharching a weapon. The best point to look out for in these guns is that the rapid firing guns all have great load time and rate of fire making it quite easy to clear out waves of enemies with far more ease than the D models might. Apart from that, the assault rifles are probably a must (not literally) on a quite a few levels for clearing out waves of enemies relatively near, and the D models usable if you're planning to kick it psycho and go at the Inferno stuff early on, due to their power, range and funky reload times. All of these (except for the [SNR-X]) are perfect for 2 player run away and shooting as well as great for taking out scary things like the godzilla like thingy or some of the giant stuff, but from a safe distance... Safety first... So these are probably the weapons for you if you enjoy safety, and if you plan on going to a level with few/slow enemies or open spaces, your choice. A bit unorthodox, but it gets the job done nonetheless. It also fares quite well against anything else that can be safely hit from a relatively short distance. This is the only method so far that I've even attempted to do Kyodai Godzilla on (excluding many countless Shotgun attempts of course). These along with the sniper rifles are basically the only things I'm wolling to take against the giant spiders. Watch out when using the [ボルケーノ-6A], unless you'd like to play the game in slow motion, I'd advise against using this too often. These allow you to pay more attention to dodging and living and less on aiming (unless you're in a tight place and you fear you might blow yourself up). For any level with a helicopter, they earn their own original strategy of 'fly high, pop(out) and shoot, fly away', possibly the safest tactic I know (Unless your kickin' it 2P and you've got a crap pilot). If you're doing versus, I will honestly reccomend not to play as ペイルウイング if your friend is planning on using the [プロミネンス2], it is too sick to attempt, unless you can get immense distance and beat on him with some very long range weapon. However the weapons that really shine are the last two. They are all too useful for the outdoor levels with scores of ants, roll whilst looking at the ground, shoot, roll while you reload, repeat. I wouldn't expect to get the latter of the two particularly early at all, but the first one you should get about a third ways through the game (maybe sooner, maybe later). The flamethrowers also have similar effects, but rather than bouncing the flames follow the wall, also useful for indoor levels but i bit more dangerous if you can't manage to hit the entire area that enemies can enter. The flamethrowers are also useful when running from swarms of ants since they are essentially locked when being shot at. (The spiders are as well but they can web you from a distance if they wish) The [リペアー] weapons are useful, though I never found any real occasion to use them, you should stick to 2P really when using them so your characters can be healed. It has such a wonderful selection of things to choose from. The crazy sick [レイピア] weapons are great for clearing out scores of enemies (Ants and Spiders mainly). [レーザーランスsigma] has become my new favorite weapon. It has fast Charge Time, small energy consumption, 10 shots and immense power/accuracy. The other weapons like this (and including this) are great for the larger enemies, flying around and raining death from the skies, however the ones that carry a single shot are suited for a more conservative style of playing (Shoot, fly, Hide and Charge in order to maintain a stable amount of energy). This set of weapons can prove very useful on almost every level, however I seriously do not reccomend using them on levels with airborne enemies, unless your a good shot. These weapons prove to be quite the good crowd clearer, since they can fire continuously and they have quite a good range, however their one real flaw is the lack of airborne accuracy, if you simply tap L1 while firing you'll start shooting pointlessly up, and with the way I fly (I hold L1 for a bit then fall, then hold it again to stay at a generally similar height and keep a stable amount of energy) my aim is completely off. I mainly find that these weapons are good against the ants (flying or not) and the rolling bug things. For the Quadraped (4-legged) Spaceships, this can save so much effort against t hem, along with the homing weapons. The levels using the huge tunnel complex (the version with the ant nest) are practically made for electric weapons, namely these. You can fire miles down the tunnels and about the rooms with these and they WILL wreak havoc. The only way I managed to beat level 29 on inferno early on with ペイルウイング were with the [サンダースナイパー] weapons on 2-Player (That way if I died I would technically have another life), they were good up until the end of the level where they were amazing, I could never even reach the huge ant at the end without dying before I used these, I would send one person in on a suicide mission just to get a good camera angle of the giant ant, then when they died (at my convenience) I would kill it slowly from a mile away in the tunnel, the same tactic (minus the suiciding) can be used on many other tunnel levels. They aren't as useful however in the areas that resemble caves more than tunnels. For the very large Crafts (the ones that usually deploy more smaller Crafts) the [プラズマ・ランチャー] series of weapons are great as they provide good power at a good distance (remember to shoot the large ships in the underneath area, where they usually release other enemies, they take far more damage there). And then the [プラズマ・グレネード] series of weapons are fun to rain death on closer enemies without any cost to energy. When you're lucky enough to have the [ワイド・グレネード] models of weapons, you'll find that they are amongst the most fun and useful ways to clear tight groups of enemies, airborne or not, simply because you throw so many. The Mxx model of [プラズマ・ランチャー] are great for clearing out scores of enemies, they are most effective at doing so however, in the more flat areas (e.g. The beach). Exculding the [サイ・ブレード] weapons which do not follow past there initial turn towards a target. -Useful Against Everything Outdoors -Evaluation Honestly, these are probably her best weapons. They are basically the most useful of any weapon to use on enemies at mid-far distance/airborne, and they are even suprisingly good against groups of enemies (but only at a good distance). I beat my first inferno level with the [ガイスト] alone. (The first godzilla creature level, I flew a good distance and then shot millions of them blindly into the air, you could see a huge dotted stream of them following him for the entire level). From the point where I got [ミラージュ5WAY-S] onwards, I found all too many of the levels to be too easy, I could even manage to do an inferno level here and there, up until level 31 at least (The Giant Centipede level), these can clear out all the levels with ease and remain very good for the rest of the levels (excluding indoor ones). They aren't always practical, but they are immense fun. It's basically like controlling the weather to an extent (except it comes out of a ball(s) rather than the clouds). The [サンダー・クラスター] weapons are the only ones at all practical indoors (since the lightning has a bounce effect). However the best one here is the last one, [ヘブンズ・ゲートa] (only if you can get an enemy to either walk into it's range or get them to stand still under it) with this weapon I managed to beat the Mecha Godzilla creature on inferno in a couple of minutes, with about three shots of these (but I had to work to keep him under). The [パンドラ] weapons I find aren't very practical but are useful on lower difficulty levels to wipe enemies out (such as ants) if you're lazy. The same goes for the [サイ・クラスター] weapons, just that they do it better (and thus can do the same on a bit higher difficulties. The [ヘブンズ・ゲートa] however is the best at wiping out the smaller enemies (since they get caught in it's beams and keep taking damage).
