Get an A rank for each mission and a S rank in the bus chase.

Unlock Final rescue mode:
Get a S rank using the Sports Car.

Bonus helicopters
Complete all rescue missions to unlock Bat and Pork as playable helicopters in all modes.

Time attack mode & Final Rescue Mission
Complete all chase missions.

Disaster mode
Get an 'S' rank on the Final Rescue Mission.

Car chase mode
Get an 'S' rank on the bus chase and at least an 'A' rank on all rescue missions

Successfully complete all "Chase" missions to unlock time attack mode and final rescue mission in mission mode.  

To unlock the Bat and Pork helicopters, beat all of the rescue missions
