Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex Hints

When on the main bit of the game, the bit where you choose a level in one of those area thingymabobs, you notice how the floor is all shiny? well, if you have an aku aku, walk around that glassy floor and look at aku akus reflection. it looks like there is a rocket following you if you look at it long (and hard) enough. oh yeah, and if you don't already have an aku aku, just go to some random level and get one. then just go to the menu and select 'warp room'.

Hint: Fast Finish On Wizards And Lizards
When in the level, Wizards and Lizards, and doing a time trial, press SELECT to be transported to the end of the level. This does not work on any other level!

Hint: Red Gem
On the Crash and Burn level there is an easier way to get the red gem on the death route. After you pass all the nitro boxes and lava you will get to the part where you can see the red gem from across a gorge. Hit the gem with your bazooka and you get the gem. Then die and it will take you back to the last check point and finish the game from there. You will finish with the red gem. This way you don't have to cross the gorge with the long jump: slide, double jump and spin.

Once you have the bazooka, go back to level 4. (wizards and lizards.) remember the bit were you get chased by what seems to be an evil dragon? it is in fact an evil dragon ghost!!! to prove it, get to the end of the chase scene. hold down L1 to get the bazooka up. keep holding it down. now aim it with the analog controller. finally, press square to fire it. if you have aimed the bazooka properly, the wumpa fruit will pass right through the evil dragon ghost!!!
