In Coral Canyon, I can't get all the boxes! Whenever I get to the end, there's always 2 that I didn't get!

On the level Tsunami there is 101 boxes in the level to get the all boxes gem, but when I get all the boxes without missing a single one it still says i'm missing 3 boxes, so where are the three other boxes?
