Crunch is ***/missing crates/Help with Relics/Where's N-Gin/No bonus

In boss level 2, when you attack him twice, he starts using a useless attack that does nothing but make bubbles come out from underwater that don't hurt me! What good does that do? Whenever they touch me, nothing happens! And in level 12 Tsunami, please help! I get all the crates, and the wave got some for me, and when I pressed triangle, it showed that when the tidalwave hit them, they added to my crates broken meter, too, and when I hit the Nitro Switch box, it always shows that I missed three crates! Please help! Also, is there an easy relic tip and I don't mean the clock one in level 4 Wizards&Lizards! I mean in level 19 Coral Canyon! And I've heard rumors about being able to battle N-Gin! But I never do! When do I battle him? And how come there's no bonus platform in level 25 cortex vortex? It's not a sea, boss, shooting, sphere, or race!

I saw someone's question on one of the pages responding to this question showing me how to do the Missing Crates one. Now I only need responding to the crunch, relics, Gin and bonus.
