When you put out a candle, it will also put out the nearby candles. For example:

put out this one ->i i
i i
i i <- put out this one
i i
put out this one -> i i

There, I hope it helps but I'm not sure how many candles are there cause I haven't play
this for a long time.

blow the candles out this order: 3rd on the left,1st on the right,5th on the right, and
7th on the left.
