U can make the lure rod useing Fish, River, Lefecia stem. and to use it u have to buy a
lure from claire after you get first place in the finny frenzy which u can go to when u
beat shingala in Chapter 4.

I treid to get a lure from claire but i can't

first equip it from the menu then when yu get a bite,PULL BACK.

Lures can be bought from Olive not Claire.
To get Olivie you need to win 1st place in Finny Frenzy.

Well you have to get Olivie from winning first place in the Finny Frenzy contest and then
talk to her again.(You must talk to her before you win the finny frenzy) Then you got her
and you can buy it from her or you can just invent it. Use River Fish and a Lafrescia Stem
and then you got it. Well you use it by pushing the left analog stick to the right or left
or back with any combination of pressing x. Then when a ! appears above max's head pull
back on the left analog stick. Or You can just have really good timing and not even have
