Yes there is... if im right the time armor has one peice that gives you ap duk (i THINK
thats what its called anywayse)

Yes you can get armor to use a skill to speed yourself up using Ap Do which is the
equivelent to using a speed charm if you go to the board and look for the post about the
Zeit statue it explains about the zeit heroes if you beat these characters times you get
items but if you dont go to the board i will explain .. ( the board says if you enter
Chronicling as you part A at a chaos gate, you will go to a field and in the dungeon you
have to get to the statue at the bottom of the dungeon as fast as you can and you are
timed.. so go through the dungeon until you memorize the exact route to the statue.. it
will help greatly , also be sure to use a speed charm to run faster) once you get to the
statue if you get the fourth place time (at least I got fourth place) then you will get
the time headband and it gives you the skill to speed yourself up

Ok I can't help u on the order or the food to give him but for a Poison Grunty u need:body
odor 0 to 20 Rebel -5 to 15 brutality 10 to 30 intelligence 5 to 25 purity -5 to 15.And if
u want2 have an Iron Grunty:body odor 3 to 17 rebel -2 to 12 brutality 13 to 27
intelligence 8 to 22 and finaly purity -2 to 12. I hope this helps u they all give u
diffrent items and 4 any one elas that has not allready nodest if u dont get them between
those #s it will give u a noble grunty when u hit full size (size 30) see ya!!!!!!
