Dbz: Budokai was released in 2002 when it got to America,
it was OK, had limited things, story mode was nice
but it wasn't worth 50 dollars. But Officially Dec. 2 2003 Budokai 2 was released was a
dream come true. I bought it the same day it released.
Although some of the features were inaccurate its a very good game, I love it,
everyone would enjoy this game even people who don't like dbz will love this game. Its so
amazing, breath taking, its amazing.
Well, Here's my FAQ...

Capsule info:
There are a total of 5 types of skill icons:-
(P) Power-Up Capsule  It's  possible to
power-up the capsule
by setting 2 of such capsules
(() Trade Possible   Its possible to
trade the skill with another player. *
(/) Trade Not Possible  You can't
trade this skill with another player. *
(Z) Once Only: You can only use this
capsule ability once
every battle.
(#)Number of Capsules: It goes from 1 to 7.
If it is 1, this means the
capsule takes up 1 slot on the
custom tray.

Fusion:Gotenks=When Fusion is successful can transform
into Gotenks(pp,kk,e)
Fusion:Vegito=Can transform into Vegito by combining with
vegeta using potara(pp,kk,e)
Fusion:Gokule=Can transform into Gokule by combining
Hercule using Potara(pp,kk,e)
Fusion:Kibitoshin=Can transform into Kabitoshin by combining
Kibito using Potaro(pp,kk,e)
Fusion:Tiencha=When Fusion is successful can transform in
Tiencha(pp,kk,e)

When a character has obtained it's breakthrough, this means
it can use every single attack capsule
it has and ignore the 7 slot factor.

Training Vest:

Sturdy Vest:
Defense Power Up through out the battle.
Normal Tribe Uniform:

Quality Fiber Jacket:

Freiza's Spaceship:
Revives Frieza and makes Mecha Freiza!(only Frieza)
Saiyan Heritage:
Attack & Defense Power Up
when you through out the battle
Viral Heart Disease:
slowly Kills both of you
Vaccine:
Viral Heart disease doesn't hurt you
Super Holy Water:
Damage Percentage is reduced
Piccolo's Regeneration:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki gauge
Cell's Regeneration:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki gauge
Majin buu's Regeneration:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki gauge
Dende's Recovery:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki guage
Kibito's Revival Power:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki guage
Medicine Machine:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki guage
Automatic Restoration:
Damage is reduced by taking one ki guage
Mixed Blood Power:
Attack And Defense goes up.
Rage!:
Attack increases for the first 10
seconds of battle.
Rage!!:
Increases attack for first 15
seconds of battle.
Rage!!!:
Increases Attack for first 20
seconds of battle.
Serious!:Attack goes up by a little
Serious!!:Attack goes up a little high
Serious!!!:
Attack goes up by a lot
Dabura Cookie:
Attack goes up when health goes below 1/6
Moonlight:
Attack goes up for fixed time
Potential:
Attack goes up
Toxic Chocolate:
Attack and Defense goes up during
Regular Intervals
Saiyan Spirit:
Guard is disabled
but Attack goes up and defense does too
Ginyu Force Badge:
guard is disabled but Attack goes up
and defense does too.
Ki Flash:
Nullifies Ki Wave
Andriod Barrier:
Nullifies Ki Wave
Cell's Barrier:
Nullifies Ki Wave
Gero's Deflection R&D:
Reflects Ki wave away
Gero's Deflect-Back R&D:
Reflect Ki wave back at you!
Gero's Energy R&D:
If successfully deflected ki goes up.
Scouter:
Reduces amount of Ki Used
Babidi's scope:
Reduces amount of Ki Used
Ki control:
Reduces amount of Ki Used
Meditation:
Greatly Suppresses Energy consumption
Yakon:???(help me out)
Angel's Halo: No Ki lost by Transformation
(Only for Goku and Vegeta)
Human Candy:
Combat spirit keeps improving
Chi-Chi's Wish:
Combat spirit keeps improving
