To Unlock Omega Shenron, the third time you play dragon universe as
Goku you have to find the super saiyan 4 capsule located on the last
island to the right at the bottom of the screen on dragon map, Before
you fight at the red dot go to that island and you will become
ss4.Also you unlock ss4 gogeta fusion for goku and you unlock ss
gogeta fusion for goku.
