I have unlocked the dragon arena, i was wondering i want to unlock the highest "we gotta power!!!!" (100% exp increase) i was wondering if i can get a break-in using my level 99 goku considering the character im fighting is less then 99, in other words do i have to be a lower level then the level range for a break-in. For example, can my level 99 Goku get a break-in if im fighting a lvl 1-30.
