The best and quickest way to collect all 7 dragon balls is in the android saga final mission.

make sure the difficalty is on easy, then start. keep punching cell away from you while you smash through the buildings using z-burst dash. once u find one, just win the fight and you've got a dragonball :P

it should take you 30 minutes- 1 hour to get all 7.

Well Ya gotta Follow the effects To Unlock them

Go on duel and choose 1 player vs 2 player

on your team, choose goku mid (red potara)

on the other team, choose goku end and vegeta second form.

then, wait until goku has enough energy to fuse with
vegeta and then fuse to get maximum health.

then, with goku mid, do 3 give me your energys, then go max power and do 1 "im getting excited" then throw your spirit bomb. it should leave 99,999 damage.

You Just Unlock them By following the Effect

Go to duel mode and select any(i.e.morning,noon,night) desert area . while fighting dragon dash towards a low leveled rock which are non-desructive. they will not break . this everybody knew . but sometimes it happens that you reach underground and the enemy is overground . you can't see him but you can see yourself in a trapped area . niether he can attack you nor you can attack him with puch or kicks . but when he shoots towards you the attack will get blocked by the outer wall of the rock . and when you shoot the attack will be blocked by inner wall of the rock. but somehow there are certain points like thing from where your shooting attack will work. to get outta here you need a rush type blast 2 and you will reach out and attack the enemy. WARNING opposite can also happen . your enemy can also get inside the rock and attack you but you will not be able to attack him . but you both can also get inside . but in this the fight will continue like normal . in this case also if either of you attacks with a rush type blast 2 you and him will get out . BUT THIS HAPPENS ONLY SOMETIMES THAT YOU GET INSIDE . SO DON'T SPECIALLY TRY TO GET IN JUST WHEN YOU ARE PLAYING A DUEL ALWAYS SELECT DESERT AREA . SO SOMEDAY YOU MAY GET IN . IT HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES WITHME . it can happen in story,tournament or any other mode.

First do this combo
a charged melee attack but not fully charged ,it will throw back the opponent and he will try to get up easily but dash(normal)towards him and and attack with a non-fully charged attack he will go back again .keep doing this till you can hold him.then fight as you normally fight .
t=in b/w use this combo ( MAX POWER needed)
do a violent rush till i MAX ki bar is left then do a dragon homing jump( after a rush up+triangle+x+square or triangle )and use a blast combo(see in skill list).

OR

use this combo(MAX POWER needed )
see how many dragon smash or vanishing attacks your player can do
then go in max mode and use all dragon smash and then your all vanishing attack . this is a good combo . or use one less vanishing attack and use a lightning attack.

OR

use this combo (MAXPOWER needed )
use violent rush till one ki bar is left and then do the combo described bfore this one .

BUT

IF YOU WERE NOT IN MAX POWER MODE
use a fully charged melee attack then do a vanishing attack in any direction ( i.e. after a rush up/down/left/right + triangle ) then a dragon smash(i.e. after a rush X+ up/down/left/right + square ) and then a lightning attack( after the previous attack + O)
then z burst dash towards the enemy and attack a fully charged attack and repeat the earlier process .or do anything you like .
