 In the Northern Tundra one of the things you have to get is the ashes of a warrior fallen, im in the place to get it an i have 3 of the 4 amulets i need but i can't find the 4th amulet, i keep getting lost in the maze. Help!

 I am off the map in RAVENSHOLD. There are these beasts that knock off all duribility on my armor and then drain my life, it is very difficult and I can not call the dragon... does anyone know how to help me gt out of there or something?
