got to main menu go to options then cheats

go to the options,and go click cheats,then turn the cheats on.

i tried that but the cheats are greyed out how do u turn them on i went to main page but
just got undercover etc Im lost as i cant get past the shoot the bar out i get shot
everythime even if i shoot at them helppppppppppppppppppppp

I TIRED AND TRID BUT CANT GET THE CARS INTO THE SEMI IN THE TIME AS WHEN I LINE THE CAR UP
THE SEMI WEAVES AROUND AND I MISS AND MISS

THJIS IS *** IMPOSISSIBLE I TIRED OVER 100 TIMES GETTING CLOSE TO TRUCK KEEPING TO ONE
SIDE ETC NEVER CAN DO IT .
