When the opposing team decides to surprise you with their full
court trap, don't worry.  Just pass the ball directly to your
shooting guard(circle), then quickly pass to your power
forward(square).  Your power forward will have an open lane
straight to the basket...and just like that, you got yourself a
couple of easy points!

If you have a very good player on your team in season or dynasty mode, go into "Rosters" on the season menu and select "Edit Player". Then, change his year to a freshman.
