in chapter 1 you go to besaid island and go to the shop
ask her if there were any rare finds and she will say a key with the besaid logo on it.
Buy it for 900,000 and then go in the temple and go inside the door on the right. there
will be a chest. open it and you will get a search sphere. then go out the room and go in
the left room. you must have completed that mission where youi find wakka aND GET THAT
SPHERE. so when you are in the left room there will be a guy keep saying yes but listen to
him too.
i can't tell you any more because im still up to that bit.

and by the way i know its alot of money so do that mission in chap 1 whe3re you find
o'wakka and let him on your ship. you pay his debt of 1000gil and buy his items and sell
at the barkeep. keep repeating for loads of money.

like the last guy said, you need to get the spere from besaid and buy the besaid key from
the shop in besaid, once you have done that, talk open the chest that was locked before
you bought the besaid key in the room on the right inside the temple, then go to the room
to the left and talk to the person and say 'yes' to his questions. then use the search
sphere to find 4 mini comm spheres.

here are the locations of the comm spheres
1. the little area to the left inside the village(where the lady and dog always walk into)
2. to the left of the save sphere
3. along the path in the area with the two bridges(just before the first bridge)
4. in the area to the right of the area with the cave entrance where you find the sphere.

when you find the 4 comm spheres look through each one to find 4 greenish spheres with
numbers in them- thos numbers in the order of the comm spheres apperance from the
temple-closest to farthest are the numbers you enter in the cave(turn first right and is
on the left corner)
