Secret - easy ways to get license points and level up

alright heres wat u do u take 2 of your lowest level people and go to the place were the monsters give alot of experience and just start killin people u will get license points and more experience points since u only have 2 people in your party u can do this with one person two but i wouldnt because of status effects then when a person gets to the same level as everybody else switch people
