Frogger's Adventures: The Rescue Cheats

There should be some buttons to press.  You'll notice that if you stand
on them they will fill with water.  After you stand on them for a while
they will completely fill up and shoot water at the dragon.  You must do
this once on each of the four buttons.

Pause the game and press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, R1.

Pause the game and press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, L1, R1.
