well she can do three things,shes sort of a little helper,you need her to reach places you
cant get too,she can pull levers and and other
stuff.astral supports jones by granting him the ability to see dead people as well as use
her other abilitys to help him on his quest.

astral solves the puzzles by going places lazarus cant go.
although when using lazarus he will give you voice suggestions on what to do,like getting
items or places to go.

hi im stuck when a howler is in a cage i dont now what to do

well its a long time since i played it,use astral and one of her abilities!if you give the
level name or a bit more info.
try charm or posession,or you looked up and flown into a room to unlock a cage door or
something!or pulled a lever in the room.??

If you go back outside and look to your left there is at tree. At the foot of the tree
there is a nest where the howler sleeps. Wait for it to come back and fall asleep then
kill it.

Maybe you haven't figured out how to select an ability. Press L1 to se her abilities and
choose one by using the right analog stick - same as selecting a weapon for Laz.
