Use meduxa's head to turn the dog into stone then break it with your sword that'll leave
you with all the small dogs in which you should be able to beat them all. Easy stuff after
you defeat the three headed dog.

beat all the small ones first and doge the big one the small dogs will eventually go way
after u kill about 14 and then only the big one is left then u kill him

hit and block and rip the heads when the O button appears on top of the heads rip two of
the heads and then use Medusa's gaze and kill it
