Complete each tier of tracks in arcade mode on any difficulty setting to unlock the next tier of tracks:

Tier 1:
Super Speedway, Midfield Raceway, Smokey Mountain, Swiss Alps, Trial Mountain, Midfield Raceway II.

Tier 2:
Smokey Mountain II, Tokyo R246, Grand Valley Speedway, Laguna Seca Raceway, Rome Circuit, Tahiti Circuit.

Tier 3:
Swiss Alps II, Trial Mountain II, Deep Forest Raceway II, Special Stage Route 5, Seattle Circuit, Test Course.

A good way to get money is to buy an R-Type Integra and play on the R-Type series race in Beginner mode. It's really easy if you upgrade the car as much as possible. You get 5000 per race and 10000 at the end, 35000 already, then at the end you get an acura, which you can sell for 75000. 110000 in about 20 mins!

Stay In Same Gear
When in automatic gear shift mode hold R2 and you will stay in the same
gear. (This is useful if you don't want the automatic shifter to change
gears up or down while turning.)

Start taking all the licenses accept for the rally-license - it's not sp important. then you buy a mazda mx5 at 16,900.-. win sunday- and clubman cup, sell the trueno's you'll win, and buy a turbostage 2 to your mazda. then, drive the fr-cup in beginner league and you'll win a mazda mx5 1.8 at 160hp. then drive the endurance for non-tuned mazdas. tere, you'll win 100.000 and then buy a dodge viper gts! give it a na-tuning stage 3, and drive 'like the wind' in proffesional league. you win a mazda 787b! then you have just established yourself one of the best cars in 4-5 hours.

that's my advice for you! =)

Win the rally lisence then get a good car and win the subaru rally inpreza prototype by winning the stage 5 wet reverse. Win all the other rally races by using the subaru. If you win all of them you will get a super suzuki, sell that for a couple hundred thousand along with the cars you won by winning all the other rally races. Now you need to win the European championship to get the gillet race car (you might have to win it a few times).
Sell that and all the other cars that you got. Now just keep on racing get more licences win the endurance races get some free cars sell them, buy a great car and win some champion ship races get the great cherolt by completing 50% of the game. And the rest
you can do yourself

On simulation mode, go to tune up shop, select USA, select Chrysler, select PT Cruiser, then press R1, R2, L1, L2, x, square, triangle, circle, x, square, triangle, circle and it will unlock unlimited cash, though it will display the money you previously have without ever subtracting money when purchasing cars/parts/ect p.s this may not work
