First of all get the car named Escudo pikes peak version here are the steps
1 equip the highest posible turbo stage possible
step 2 Decrease spring rate to the loeast possible
step3 decreace the ride hight to smallest posibe both frant and rear.
step4 set gear ratio's auto seting to higest possibe level
step5 set gear ratio's to about 3.000.
step6 decrease front downforce to the loeast and increace the rear downfource to the highest posible
step7 set ASM and TCS to level
Go to the test coure and when you raight about 230 mph you will pull a wheelie
you will find all of this in the settings
