Mission: Bomb da base act II


I've tried a hundred and one times to do this mission,
but every time i try 8Ball gets shot.
Does anyone know any cheats or hints to help me ?? pls answer.

when you get to the harbor go towards the cargo ship.on the right side there will be a set of stairs.go up them.When you get to the top,have fun popping some heads.
