no you can't!

i know how to get the helicopter first you have to find the Astor building where you have
to go on boat but to get the boat got to the south and go to a building where it shows a
red boat picture then go in side and you will see a guy with a black coat and go close to
him he will talk to you and give you a boat and a key then go to the north beside ammu
nation and sail to the craft island and you will see Astor building then go in side and
you will see alot of random people and then shoot them then break the door and go in and
you will see a guy with guns on his hand and don't shoot him just throw a gernad at him
and he will die then go close to him and you will find a key take it and go back to the
boat guy and give the boat and the key then he will take you somewhere and follow him then
he will take you to the top of a building and he will show you a helicopter and then it's
your choice to kill him or not then get the helicopter and drive it.

you can!!! you can take a helicopter on the missions calm before the storm in 1 island and
false idols in 2 island or to download save file for helicopter in psp
