there is no cheat to get every weapon but there is 3 cheats for weapons you can have

weapons tier 1- R1,R2,L1,R2,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP

weapons tier 2- R1,R2,L1,R2,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,LEFT,DOWN,DOWN,LEFT

weapons tier 3- R1,R2,L1,R2,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,UP,LEFT,DOWN,DOWN,DOWN

You could use the weapon cheats OR u could by a weapon(s) at the Ammu-Nation 'cause the
weapon cheat would only give a certain weapon
(knife, dessert eagle, tec9, sawn-off shotgun etc)
If you buy at the Ammu-Nation u could choose which weapon
(knife, silenced pistol, shotgun, SMG etc)
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CHEATS THAT COULD SPAWN EVERY WEAPON!!!!!!!
