First, get a caddie and change to a pedestrion. No,dont do the cheat code r, r, l, u,l1, l2, l,u,d,r. Find a caddie with some one in it. Normaly, the person you stole it from will get it back. If they run away like complete chickenish loosers, find another caddie and make sure the guy tries to steal it back. Well, this is a glitchish cheat. lol. Anyway, make sure he gets in the passengers side. When he is in the passengers side, quickley get out before he gets to the drivers side. Now you should find that the camera is following him. Press a few buttons so you are acting with him. Then drive right throught the cop station. This Glitch works because the game thinks that a pedestrion can go nowhere near the cop station, so he goes right through like it isent even there.

Basic Controls-
X- up
Square- down
L2- turn left
R2- turn right
L3- hover

How to move-
press the up arrow on the arrow buttons while holding x.  The
harder you
press x, the higher you will fly.  Press R2 or L2 to turn.  To
land press
square lightly.
*If you think that you are good at flying and you are comfortable with
the
controls, try this: Fly above a boat.(a couple of feet above it.) 
If you are
right on top of it, press triangle and you should have fell into the
boat. 
(Do this with one of those yachts, they are big, so you have a better
chance
of landing on it.)  This takes a few tries, but it is possible. 
(I did it
twice.)

this helpful hint will let you fly as far as the map will go with the rhino tank!
first you need the rhino tank.

First find a road that is relatively long that goes to the other island or some other destination turn the turret all the way so it is pointing twords you. hit the gas while simultaneously firing the cannon, when you start to fly don't stop firing and you can keep flying. but don't try to turn because your tank is like a floating paper plate if you go sideways you will start to fall. just keep it strait and if you start to fall and your hight up point downwards then pull up like a glider.

To drive in a blown-up vehicle (motorcycles are the hardest to do) enter in R2 L2 R1 L1 L2 R2 Square Triangle Circle Triangle and STOP. Wait for Tommy to run up to the vehicle and throw the driver out. (make sure he's not going through the passenger side) While he's throwing the driver out, enter in L2 L1. You should now be in the blown-up car. Notice how it's on fire? Before it blows up a second time, enter in R1 R2 L1 Circle Left Down Right Up Left Down Right Up. Enjoy driving in your three tired vehicle! You can exit anytime you want and still get back in. You'll notice Tommy is all burnt up while driving the vehicle.

*PLEASE NOTE* = If you put your blown-up vehicles in one of your garages it will be reset to however it looked before it blew up, same thing for Pay N Spray. Also, your vehicle is NOT collision proof, fire proof, bullet proof, or explosion proof and WILL blow up if tipped over.

The flying cars are all cars but they all fly just do RIGHT,R2,O,R1,L2,DOWN,L1,R1 go fast and press analog stick back to fly but it will go with water cars it will go on water so after you do this cheat go off a bridge and see what will happen:D RIGHT,R2,O,R1,L2,SQUARE,R1,R2 HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

Get A Bike Then Drive It To The Front Door Of The Vercetti Mansion. Drive Up The Stairs And Jump Off The Back. If The Bike Is In The Room And You Can See It, Enter. You Can Drive Around The Mansion, Or On The Roof.

Go to the beach. Run NORTH until you find a van parked next to a race track, get in van and you will race your rc car against three other rc cars!!!

on the mission gurddein angels when lance pulls up in his car KILL HIM and you get krugger ammo and a nice car do it over and over agian and you get free ammo.

get in to any kind of police vehicle rhino tank swat truck or police car (i recremend the rhino tank) press r3 and do the mision as many times as you can.once i made a lot of money.it is a fun hint

Ok if you want 2 fly without a helicopter here is what you do first. Do the floating car cheat (proberly listed some where on this page)then the tank cheat (also proberly listed on this page) then turn its gun backwards.once u get in the air dont stop shooting its cannon and u should be able to fly. It takes a while 2 get used 2 but after a while it is very handy getting arround

This a really cool cheat okay all you do is enter the flying car cheat and the cars on water cheat get a tank or enter the rhino cheat drive onto the water and drive for about 10 seconds can keep clicking the O button over and over again you'll go a lot higher than you normally would with just the flying cheat.

First off you must wait until the nite. Once you see a hooker stop your car in front of them.they will begin talking with you, honk your horn by pressing L3. When she begins walking she is going to get in your car.drive to a dark place and stop. You can repeat this process.

To do an unlimited wheelie steal yourself a Sanchez (Dirtbike). Now lean back to do a wheelie. Now gently lean back to the normal 'drive' and Tommy will do an unlimited wheelie.
If you do it correctly the front wheel will be 'stuck in mid-air' and you can drive around at full speed all across the city.
Escobar international, from downtown to the harbor and ocean drive are the best places to do this, so you can turn without hitting anything. but if you want a challenge, try little haiti and little havana.
I once pulled a 10 minute wheelie.

R1,R2,L1,X,Left,Down,Right,UP,Left,Down,Right,UP this is a awesome cheat it get you alot of money i tried it i know and if you are in a car and do the cheat code you will fix your car and it will give you health if you are hurt if you want a house use it with this money , i love this cheat i have the whole game beat and then on the other profile i beat it and the next i tried a bunch of button and i found alot of cheat codes so you want a good or should i say awesome cheat code this on eis for you just to let you know this is the cheat code 4 you you should use this one every time you car gets her even if you get hurt this cheat will help you alot !! i swear well this is not my favorite game because already beat it but i still play it i sometimes play call of duty it is fun too because you get all this guns and i hate ther begging because you have too listen too what you say and shot targets. Hunter(apache):Ok so people really want this vehicle and theres 3 ways to get this chopper.1.you have to get all 100 packages then it will be at the army base.2.you have to beat all missions and complete all assests and will be at the army base and the id1ots that say you still have to get 100 hidden packages but you don't have to and when going to the army base allways wear the cop uniform or else those army dudes will F%&# you up.3.complete 100% of the game and it willbe at the ocean beach helipad.toget 100% you must complete every mission,buy every house,do all super insane stunts and ramapge.

this cheat shows you how to spawn a rhino tank to shoot people press the circle

First, you need the Vercetti Estate (you get this after killing Diaz). Then, on the roof of the building should be a helipad. If the helicoptor isn't there, then go downstairs, exit your mansion, and do something that gets you ATLEAST one star. If you get two then that's fine but it will be harder to lose the cops. Then, go back into your mansion an go to the helipad again. The Maverick should be there. NOTE: If you get three stars the cops will have a police helicoptor that has a gun or whatever, so be careful. Also, if your helicoptor gets destroyed (and you survive), then go back to the mansion and another helicoptor should be there, most likely another color.
