not entirely


in order to get the hunter you have to get all 100 hidden packages. once you've got all
100 hidden packages go to fort baxters air base, but they will shoot on sight make sure
that you get a cop uniform. head up the stair case towards the left and go straight until
you find a fence and exit the first exit on the right of the fence go left until you see
another fence and go right and go straight until you see an opening and go on the other
side of the fence and follow the fence again and their will be a hunter waiting for you to
steal.
