Or succesfully complete the game in arcade mode or reach level 20 in survival mode and defeat Testament. Reach level 30 in survival mode and defeat Dizzy to unlock her in all modes.

At the Title screen press down,right,right,up, then push start

At the Arc Logo, press Down + Square + L1 + R2. Hold the buttons until 'Team Neo Blood' disappears. Baiken, Testament and Justice are now playable in Vs. Mode.
