Try hitting notes randomly (that means any way you want) and it should say "Character
Unlocked!" Good luck getting him as a character.

Ok so heres how you do it you only can do it on xbox360 and PS3 So you need to have more
than 20,000 dollars then u go on xbox live and where you download new songs there will be
something there that says secret characters then all u do is go to it and buy him

you can only get him on 360 ps3 and pc
