There will be spoilers.
This is a transcript of the Greeting Card e-mails and the responses and was
transcribed and compiled by ThrowMePrinny, with contributors JamMasterJim
and VFaulkon who helped out with the Poetry gift and Flower gift transcripts.
This is my first try at a FAQ so bear with me here.
For greeting cards from vol. 1 and vol. 2, transcripts are only available for
new characters or ones you couldn't send to until now (since FAQs from
the respective games already cover them).

GREETING CARD EFFECTS ON AFFECTION

Sending someone a card usually results in an increase in affection,
but sometimes there is no change. However, that is very rare so I
will only note the affection effects of the initial response if
there is no change in affection.

SPECIAL NOTE ON THE THREE AZURES
----------------------------------------------------------
Azure Kite, Balmung and Orca responses with some pretty non-sensical stuff
so if it's not there you're not missing out on anything.
Although I'm tempted to guess what they're saying.

Layout explanation
----------------------------------------------------------
I’ve taken a bit of a shortcut so Haseo’s e-mails are simply quoted.
There are three sets of responses which follow each other so they are shown
by the indentation. The two responses do not change regardless of what
response you choose before.
A walk through of the layout:
Initial response to the Greeting Card. It usually increases affection just
to send someone a card, but sometimes there is no change (rare).

This area is the person’s reply.
2.   Response 2 +

Affection decreases are actually quite rare.
I do my best to transcribe the e-mails as-is, and line break like
they do but sometimes the lines get too long and I have do
this to make it fit, like so.
