DONT BURN IN HELL
Dear Internet friend I am sending this to you in love an concern for you. Please do not
misunderstand the intent of this letter. Years ago someone who loved me and really cared
for me shared it with me and I want to share it with you. So read it over very carefully
where you spend eternity could depend on what you do with this letter. In love and prayers
I send this to you. It’s just some Bible verses explained to help you ok.
FIVE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
FIRST You Need to be Saved: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of
God” (Romans 3:23). “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God”
(John 3:3)
All people on this earth have the same basic problem we are born with a sin nature. We are
all sinners and need a Savior.
SECOND You Cannot Save Yourself: “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but
according to His mercy He saved us... (Titus 3:5).
It is not possible for a sinner to ever do enough good to make up for being a sinner.
What we need is the mercy of God in our lives through Jesus Christ the Lord. There are
only two choices mercy or wrath.
THIRD Jesus Has Provided for Your Salvation: “Who his own self bare our sins in his
own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by
whose stripes ye were healed” (I Peter 2:24).
God did not or does not leave it up to human thinking or ideas to correct the problem of
being a sinner. He designed one clear plain way by the death, burial and resurrection of
His only begotten Son Jesus. We must turn to Jesus Christ by believing and asking Him to
be our savior. He is the only cure for our sin problem!
FOURTH You Must Accept Jesus for Salvation: “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou
shalt be saved (Acts 16:31).
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”
(Romans 10:9,10).
If a person had an incurable disease and got the news of a cure wouldn’t they be foolish
to say , “hey I can handle it keep your medicine.” Having a sin nature is not
incurable! Faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross is the cure for sin and will
crush the power of it in our lives.
FIFTH Now is the Time to Accept Jesus as Saviour. “behold, now is the day of
salvation” (II Corinthians 6:2).
“...As the Holy Ghost saith, TODAY IF YE WILL HEAR HIS VOICE, HARDEN NOT YOUR HEART
(Hebrews 3:7,8).
Every person that reads this, needs to admit to God in prayer that they are a sinner.
After we admit that to God the next step is to ask for the cure. “Lord Jesus I believe
you died on the cross for my sin, were buried in the tomb and that you rose from the dead
that I could be saved having you as my savior. Please save me from all my sin and come
into my life and be the cure I need for a right relationship with God.”
