In the mission tilldeath do us part get a guest outfit and an invitation go to the northwestside(OUTSIDE)of the mansion kill the gangmember and take his clothes(BEWARE OF THE OTHER TARGET HE WALKS NEAR THIS ROUTE) go inside the house then go through the righthand side of the stairs the door's locked so pick it when no one looking wait until the priest comes then sedate/wire him and take his clothes and bible then rig the wedding bell outside then go to the wedding hut and wait until the bride and groom come then conduct the wedding.
