How do you get to the frozen crate on snowy mountain inorder to open it ??? help! i've looked every where and just seem to be going in circles. p.s. i'm at the lurker fort gate thing just across the bridge. :)

Is there an easy way to get 100 power cells, like a cheat code?

This pertains to the Snowy Mountain board, in the Lurker Fort. How do I reach the middle tower to receive the blue eco and scout fly? I have tried everything I know of. Roll jump, climbing...help please!!!!
