I am trying to set up the Safari Adventure in the tutorial section of the game. I placed the building correctly, and I made a circular track which ends up back at the front of the building where the track started. When I look at the overall island map I can see the building and the circular track.

However, when I go to the building and try to operate the ride the screen shows cost of ride, it is open, and the create path and view photos are highlighted but I can not click on purchase land cruiser or jump to land cruiser.

How do I operate the ride?

I just got this game and am stuck on this ride.
