Finish all songs with a
Platinum rank in each venue using Showtime Mode to get the "Cheat
Collection 4" option.  Now select "Cheats" on the "Extras" menu and
pick "Cheat Collection 4".  Now enter a code below:

Circle, Square, Circle, Square
Tough Crowd: Circle, L1, L2, R1,
R2, Right, Right, Down
Zombie Crowd: Square, Square,
Circle, Circle, Up, Right, Right, Up
