Ok later on in the game(not much later) go to traverse town and go to the resturant with the girl sitting in front.There should be a chest on the counter... but it's locked. If you talk to her she will tell you that you can blow out the candles with magic...so use your blizzard on all the candles and you should here the little melody... now go to the chest and you could open it!!!!! This is probably easy to figure out but i wanted to post it anyway!!! HOPED THIS HEPLED!!!!!>.<
