Last version of stop is obtained when you defeat an optional, secret boss.

This boss is called the Phantom.

You have to finish Hollow Bastion (lock the keyhole) and return to Neverland. (Neverland has to be locked, too.)

Tinkerbell will say that you need to go back to the clocktower.

Here, you will encounter the Clocktower Phantom. Just for your further use, I'll put the whole boss strategy in here too. =) Make sure you are around at least Level 77 or higher when you go into doing this.... it makes the battle a LOT easier. Hope this helps:

Stats:
HP: 1200
EXP: 9999

Drops: (When defeated) Stop upgrade. (Should be final, if you have Stopra.)

Guide: As soon as the battle starts, fly over to the clock and lock on. Cast Stopra on the minute hand. The clock will stop for a short time. If the clock reaches 12, one of your party members is doomed to disappear. (If you want, you can hang around near the clock tower and let Donald and Goofy do the damage for a short while.) If you are the one with the timer over your head, you might want to work fast, or you're instantly KO'ed. When the Stopra spell wears off, cast another one, quickly!

The Phantom has a small orb in its robe that is obvious to see, but you MUST look at it to learn how to hurt it. (Otherwise, all other attacks or magics are void, and will do no damage.)

ORB COLORS- WHAT TO USE
Red: Fire
Blue: Blizzard
Yellow: Thunder
White: Physical attack

Every now and then, he will fly in front of one of the clock faces and shoot energy balls at you that will deplete your HP. This should not be a problem if you are flying away from it. To avoid the attack, fly away to the other side of the clock tower when you see it pause in front of the clock face. Follow this guide, and you should emerge victorious.

Your reward for winning against the Clock Tower Phantom is a Stop magic upgrade, which should make it Stopga.

I hate the Phantom. It loooks so cool but its so hard to beat. Try bringing TONS of ethers. As for Kurt Ziza, summon Tinkerbell at the beginning of the battle :)
