also there are to ways 1 like he said 2 complete jimmys journal and use wisdomform 200 times

fierst of all you only have valor, wisodm, master and final form, and the anti but you can't get the anti unless you use action replay or other stuff to unlock it and to get the final form you have to turn into master form a lot of times i sugest you do that in the turments in the underworld, that should do it, if you fail to do it quit out the turment and enter again and transform into master again until you have final form

i think it is better to use wisdom in the cerberus cup until you kingdom

I think his "Kingdom Form"means Final Form
