This is how you get it:

Unlockable:	How
Fianl Form	Well, after you get master form, enter cerberus cup or goddess of fate, and then straight away enter Master form. If you don't go final (white clothes) then press start and restart the cup, keep doing this until you have Final Form

Valor	Get when u change clothes
Final	meet certain conditions (lvl up to certain lv or get via tournament in Olympus)
wisdom	get i think after u do the 1st beauty and da beast lv
kingdom	get when u have all summons/ forms at full lv.

What i did and my friends did is when your fighting a large fight (like in space paranoids)when ur drive is full or whatever keep turning into any form (master is best)over and over and then u will turn all white and then youll have final form (u may have to become final form a few times before it works)(:-B

FINAL FORM!!!How to get it in your form list!!

OK I am not Bullshitting you,there is a way to get Final form in your transformation list with valor,wisdom and master...It works I swear to god!!

Unlockable:	How to unlock:
Final Form	first max out all of your form drives and form levels..then use each form at least 100 times each!!then play untill you are at hollow bastion getting ready to fight 1000 heartless.and then if you are really lucky you will get the Final Form!! Its where sora`s suit turn white and you canfly and have 2 key blades!!!
Anti-Form	okay now..im pretty i got this by beating Twilight Town at 100%.then you use wisdom at least 200 times

FiNal Secret's beyond you're wildest dreams...

OK, if you want to know where the final Orichalum+ is come to me... or any other Keyblades, weapons from KH1, or secret Keyblades...

Unlockable:	How to unlock:
Final Orichalum+	go to the brink of despair on the world that never was, you'll find an edge behing the moogle go to the edge and you will find the Final Orichalum+ in a chest. (If you haven't already found that one, in which case why are you even looking at this cheat?)
Ultima blade	get all the Orichalum+ and any other ingredients you might need.
Dream Sword (From KH1 at the beginning of the game at awakening)	Do everything in the entire game, including on code breaker, it will send you back in time to a flashback of where Sora first saw a heartless and found the darkside, after the flashback, start the game over, then it will show the flashback in Roxas' dreams of KH1, after that wait until youget Sora back, it will show Dream Sword in your inventory, it's the most powerful weapon in KH2, did i forget to mention that? anyway, follow this cheat and you will get every weapon from KH1 and KH2, including secret Keyblades, that you won't see in both KH1 and KH2... and even King Mickey's Keyblade, awesome right? Just follow this cheat and you will be the most awesome person on KH2!!!!!!!!!
