1. When you fight Axel as Roxas for the last time.
2. When you use Valor form.
3. When you use Master form.
4. I think when you use Final form(I can't access Final form yet).
You can choose the second Keyblade you wield in a form. As Roxas, it is a random keyblade
and the Oath Keeper(Sora can obtain the Oath Keeper after you return to Twilight town
later in the game)
