Kya and Frank have found their fathers forgotten laboratory and activated
an ancient relic, plunging them into a mysterious world and separated from
each other. Kya wakes up in a hunter's chase and is obliged to follow a
strange creature, not so friendly but still guiding her through the dangers.
They finally arrive in the secret city where she meets the chief. Here, she
learns that these nativs are being reduced to slavery by an evil ruler, Brazul,
by transforming them into Wolfens to build an undefeatable army.
Her surprise was even greater when she learned that Brazul was her own dad.
Recognized as the one who could potentially save them, the nativs engift Kya
with the power of exorcising the Wolfuns back to Nativs. In return of the
Nativs help in finding her brother, Kya liberates the Nativs throughout her
adventure. Not only must she find her brother, but also the sacred medallion,
a "key" opening a doorway through the parallel world back to their home.
One way or another, her path meets that of Brazul, where she discovers the
secret behind her dark lineage.

KYA
Kya must liberate the Nativs from the army of Wolfens and the evil power of
Brazul, find her brother and try to get back home.
She may be a babe from Brooklyn, but don't be fooled - nothing stops this
girl.
She may not know it yet, but she's the one... A girl with a destiny to
fulfil, and a universe to save.
BRAZUL
The rule of the parallel world and leader of the Wolfen. This dark presence
is not a native of the flying archipelagos. He is the possessor of terrifying
magical knowledge and conquered the territory be perfecting a process for
transforming Nativs into Wolfen. Brazul is a madman bent on domination and
destruction. He is the root of all evil, the cause of all problems. He is
the reason that Kya is on this parallel world - and he is the one that Kya
must defeat.
ATEA
Atea is the spokesperson and senior member of the Nativs. He welcomes Kya
with open arms. He knows that she represents a chance for the Nativs to
break free from the cursed Wolfen. He is her mentor and helps her to find
her bearings.
Atea is old and wise and ready to help - but he's also unbearable half the
time! Geez, what a know-it-all. Thank goodness for his bird; he sure doesn't
take Atea seriously.
ATON
Aton is the unknown element in this game. Who is Aton? Can we trust him?
Do we have any choice? What's going on behind that furry smirk of his?
Aton is both friend or foe.
He provides advice and guidance to the player - but he also sows the seeds
of Kya's potential destruction. Like all good "bad guys".
Aton is looking out for Number One - himself.
WOLFEN KRONOS
The Kronos are on top of the hierarchy: they represent the elite of the
Wolfen.
They are the strongest, the mightiest, the smartest, the fastest and the
most aggressive of them all.
Their only goal is to defeat you but they are really the hardest to get rid
of...
FRANK
Where is Kya's brother Frank? Locked in Brazul's clutches, surrounded by
armed Wolfens, Frank has no choice but to wait for Kya - and to hope that
somehow she will be able to help him.
As the object of Kya's affection, Frank is also the object of Kya's quest -
she is determined to save him or die trying.
Her love for him drives her to face greater and greater dangers; nothing
will stop her.
NATIV SCRAWNY
They are one of the basic Nativs who people the main village, Nativ City.
They are the ones who have been exorcised from the Wolfens type Scrawny.
They either build shops in which they sell power-ups and abilities to
Kya or they open a mini-game where Kya can beat the score of Nativs or bet
to win money.
Sometimes, they will walk up to Kya and give her short specific quests.
NATIV GRUNT
They are the other type of basic Nativs who people the main village, Nativ
City. They are the ones who have been exorcised from the Wolfens type Grunt
or Kronos. They either build shops in which they sell power-ups and abilities
to Kya or they open a mini-game where Kya can beat the score of Nativs or bet
to win money.
Sometimes, they will walk up to Kya and give her short specific quests.

Extra Energy Bar

Adds an extra energy bar to your health guage. Cost a lot though.
Jamgut Birdcall

Use square to mount the Jamgut. Use L2 to stand on it and square to throw
your boomy. To get off the Jamgut, press L2 + X.
Telescope
---------
Use this telescope to examine the infinite horizon and admire the sunsets on
far-off islands! Once you're in first-person view (R1), use the right analog
to zoom in (push) or zoom out (pull).
Magic Bouncers
--------------
This power allows you to push off from walls to jump to high-placed areas.
Press X at each contact.
Climbing Gloves
---------------
Use these gloves to climb all types of uneven surfaces wthout danger, ivy,
braided cords, etc: square. You can only reach some areas if you possess
them.
Regeneration
------------
With this power, you can regenerate! One magic bonus against one life point!
Use it next to an amber stone by pressing triangle.
Magic Board

Thanks to this board, you can go at vertiginous speeds and jump over all
types of obstacles on your path: X.
Speed Board
-----------
This board is sensitive to Acceleratos, a plant which grows in the slide
tracks and which allows you to go faster and higher.
Receptacle
----------
Mount the Runes in the receptacle to form the medallion that opens the
passageway between the worlds. You will need the receptacle to be able
to collect the untouchable Runes.
Runes
-----
Each rune increases the capacity of your magic bar by 50. Once the 7 runes
are brought together, you can open the gateway to return to your world.
