Like i said i have almost all the answers u could want

all you have to do is go to your garage, pick your locked car unplug your controller, plug it back in and just as the screen is coming back up, you press triangle and exit your garage and you will be driving off in a saleen S7 or your car of choice in like 15 seconds!!!! i beat the game in 5 days with this road dominator and you can 2!!!!!!

Ok 1st you have to select the locked car you want. next press x. After that disconnect the controller and reconnect it. lastly, Press triangle and you drive away in your locked selected car. Bliss
