In franchise mode if a team keeps rejecting you when you want to trade, create a player, put his stats down , buy him from the free agents menu, then put his stats up so overall he is 99. Then trade him with the desired player, after that put the stats of your created player down so in the end you have your desired player and they have a crap player.
