if you rung out of white bar
use your surrounds as parragon can pickup any thing to get more health press right trigger
and the button be near a opponent mostly alien u will drain a centimetre of their healt
and youll get it also pick them up use your knowlege of punching and kicking and just go
for it if an objects comming for you press why and the toggle in the way you want to go
