On 2 player campaign, how do you open the door at the hotel, when i try to open it with my friend, it says you must have 2 players for this, and everything we press it doesnt work.

On the level at the hotel, it won't let me go through the door into the kitchen. I killed everybody, but it still won't let me go in. Why not? :(
